Ordering On-line:
Our secure shopping basket – You do not need to be previously registered with Paypal to use the on-line ordering / payment facility, when you click the ‘checkout’ button, you will be asked to complete the required information to pay by credit, debit, e-cheque or Paypal account.

To add an item to your shopping basket click on the 'add to basket' button below that product - you can change the quantity required or remove the item at this stage, click on the update basket button, then either choose 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, you can telephone or email your order to us, please note we will only hold reserved items for 3 days awaiting your payment, after this period your order will be cancelled and the items will be put back into stock.

We have a Studio/Showroom in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and visitors by appointment are welcome to view our full range of products, please call the number on the contact page for details and/or an appointment.

We will despatch goods to premises within the United Kingdom, only with a UK postal code.
International customers are welcome, but we ask that you contact us by email or telephone first to arrange a quotation for shipping charges, and details of how to order.

Most of the items on the website are in stock for immediate despatch, and orders normally take 2-4 days to complete. If we are awaiting delivery of stocks you will be notified by email (or phone if given) of the estimated delivery date, and given the option to cancel your order (no administration fee will apply).

Hand made, to order items normally take 4-6 weeks to produce and despatch, these items are marked *handmade on the description - an email will be sent for these orders to confirm that customers are aware of the delivery time/s.

All jewellery items come packaged in either a presentation box or pouch.

Measurements:
All measurements are approximate, where one measurement is given this means the item is the same size across or deep.  Necklace measurements are for the chain part of the necklace only and do not encompass any drop design or pendant.

Sterling silver jewellery is designed, manufactured and hallmarked in the UK.

Cancellation of order:
If you decide to cancel your order before items have been despatched, an administration/restocking fee of £10 will be deducted from your refund.
