Returning Goods:

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with any part of your order, you have 7 days to return items for a refund less carriage, details are included on your receipt with your order.

All returns must be in original packaging and in brand new/unused condition.

Earrings: Should a customer need to return earrings (or a set containing earrings), there is a £3 re-stocking charge, as we have to fully clean and disinfected them before restocking.

Because the nature of our business is primarily wedding related, we regret that we are umable to extend our returns deadline dates (on your individual receipts), due to some past customers abusing the returns policies.
